The owners of Spicewood Crossing Apartments achieved what they set out to accomplish when they purchased the land on which Spicewood stands. Their intention was to create a luxury apartment and townhome community in the affluent Carrolton area, distinguishable from competitors' properties with excellent access to major highways. Their hope was that residents would regard Spicewood Crossing as home, instead of just another place to live.

GREAT place to live

Spicewood Crossing is a GREAT place to live, I had moved from Idaho and was getting homesick, but walking into the office of Spicewood Crossing it had a warm, cozy feeling. The staff is professional yet friendly and they treat you like family. I There are many gatherings (movies, holiday parties, etc..) which give it a feeling of a small town community. I feel very safe here knowing we have an office living amongst us.
